sept. 25, 2024 special store hours: will be closed at 4:30PM

  1. Before shipping your speakers to us for repair. First, remove all screws/bolts holding the speaker into cab. Place all screws/bolts into bag so you don't lose them. Second, gently pry the speaker from the cabinet with a flat tool (flat head screw driver, putty knife, etc.) After you have loosen the speaker from the cabinet, mark one side of terminal/wire/connector with a marker or wrap a piece of tape around them so you know how to connect the wires back up. (You can even take a picture before removing any wires so you have proof of how it was connected before removal)
  2. Now that you have your speaker out of the cabinet, place a sturdy piece of cardboard about the same diameter or bigger than your speaker over the top of the speaker. Tape the cardboard in place with MASKING TAPE. Now wrap a minimum of 3 inches of bubble wrap all around the speaker. (For larger and heavier speakers, wrap more bubble wrap and double box if possible. It is better to pay for extra packaging material than buying a new speaker due to being damaged in transit). Now place the speaker inside a box and add more padding whether it is newspaper, foam padding,or more bubble wrap to ensure the speaker cannot move around inside the box.    DO NOT USE FOAM PEANUTS.
  3. Please include the following form with your repair.
